There's a certain frustration when a book is almost at the right level to learn from... but not really tho. Like I can almost catch a rhythm until details are being focused on and then I get lost in the adjectives. So close and yet so far away
#yes el último graduado de naomi novik is kicking my intermediate spanish leveled ass#on one hand it's a ya book#on the other it's a fantasy with some edge#almost a la romantasy if... ya know... there was more romance#so the vocab is strange and trips me up#I only have a lil over a week until I have to return it to the library too#but I can't give it up#I have to keep trying#learning spanish#language learning#langblr
